Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2 business days (Monday–Friday), excluding major holidays. During peak holiday seasons, such as Christmas, higher order volumes may result in longer processing times. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

- Free for orders of more than 2 standard Envirosax bags.
- A flat shipping fee of approximately $5 applies to other orders.

Will all of my items be shipped together?
We ship all items together at one time where possible. If any items are out of stock, we will remove those items from your order and ship the remaining items. You will only be charged for the items we ship to your selected shipping location.
What courier do you use?
We mostly ship via USPS in the United States.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to more than 40 countries worldwide.
Do you ship to PO boxes or military addresses?
We cannot ship to any PO boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please fill in your phone number for delivery, this is very important for the courier to deliver your order on time.
Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@envirosax.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at hello@envirosax.com.
